It also allows you to explore a wide range of ready-made templates for various industries or niches to get started immediately. Instapage is a tool to create a landing page
A landing page is essential for any business, especially one that is online-focused. It not only shows how your business will look to the public but also provides a way for you to build a loyal customer base.
While the idea of building a landing page sounds great, it does, however, come at a cost – and an expensive one, too. The overall cost of creating a landing page can depend on several factors, from the complexity of the design to the resources needed to build and maintain it. That said, if you want a feature-rich landing page with a more complex design, that would be too expensive to build and maintain. If you don’t have the time or skills to make one, it’s better to hire a professional agency or designer to do it. You could end up spending several hundred to several thousand more on this route than you have budgeted.
Instapage is the perfect solution if you are looking to create high-quality and high-converting landing pages. Instapage offers many customization options and features that make it easy to create pages that look great and work perfectly.

More analytics-oriented page-building
With Instapage, you can optimize your landing page for conversions by testing different variations and tracking results. With powerful analytics and optimization tools, you can increase your reach and track the performance of your page to identify improvement areas.

If you happen to manage multiple websites, your single Instapage account is enough to create and host multiple landing pages for each site. This is a significant advantage over other website builders that allow you to manage one account per base plan.

As you can see, these are just some of the many features that you can expect from Instapage. The rest will be covered in the article. But for now, I thought it would be helpful to give you a first-hand look at how it feels to use Instapage’s landing page builder.
Sign up now to create an account. You won’t be able to fully experience Instapage until you sign up. Once you log in, your dashboard will appear. This is where you can see a complete overview of the progress you are making. You won’t see much on your dashboard because this is your first attempt. It’s okay, you’ll learn how to create your own landing page. Let’s get started!
Building a Landing Page from Scratch
Click on “Landing pages” in the left-side menu of your dashboard and then click “Create Page”. Once you hit the button, you’ll instantly be greeted by a vast collection of around 200 landing page templates, each of which you can use and customize however you like for whatever you want to promote.
You’ll also be given the option to start with a blank page without any template or design (Blank Page), but that’s up to you if you think you have experience in building websites. However, since many of you are reading this and will use it for the first time, we’ll construct a full landing page using existing page templates for the sake of this tutorial.
You have many options to choose from depending on the purpose of your campaign. Select the Use case filter to see a list of available templates. There are many templates that you can choose from. One template is designed to encourage users to download your app (App Download), another one to sign people up for an event (Event registration) or one to thank them for buying your product/service. No matter the use case, Instapage has a template all set for you to use.
Let’s suppose we are creating a landing page for launching a product. What should you do? To start, you can pick “Product launch” from the use case filter, then select one of the multiple themes that will come up in the search results. A page preview will be displayed to you as you select the landing page design you feel best fits your product. This is to give you a taste of your end product once it’s published to the public online.
Then, it’s up to you whether you’re going to use it or not. If, for some reason, you don’t vibe with the layout, and you can always go back and skim through until you find the perfect fit. If you love it, you can click “Use that layout.” Once you’ve chosen your landing page design, you’ll need to come up with a name as a way to keep things in order.
Customizing Your Landing Page
With your chosen page layout now ready to go, the next step is to customize it according to your liking. You’ll be immediately redirected to the Instapage page builder, which happens to be one of my all-time favorites coming from the platform (an opinion that, surprisingly, everyone agrees!). This stage allows you to enhance the visual appeal and engagement of your landing page. Instapage takes care of everything for you.
Instapage Builder allows you to drag and drop elements anywhere on the page. This is in contrast to WordPress, which may allow you to try pulling any element but it will be locked in a row or column and cannot move at all. It works in a similar way to the Photoshop interface. You won’t see any elements you drag get locked, so you can move your mouse around and drag-and drop as you please.
Although drag-and-drop may seem more Photoshop-like than the rest of Builder’s interface, it should still feel familiar to anyone who has used the WordPress editor before. There are many elements, widgets and forms available to you. Once you click on one of them, you can make any changes you want to your landing page.
Adding Elements and Making Modifications
You can add and rearrange visual elements to your Instapage Builder experience. Interactive features such as surveys and text boxes can be added to your Instapage Builder account to capture user data while keeping them interested. To enhance the appearance of your webpage, you can use colors, fonts, and other design elements. Instapage Not Showing Up In Google
Instapage terminology refers to a group of elements that are grouped together as a block. A block can be modified with a few adjustments and elements. If you want, you can copy, duplicate, and even delete the block. And that’s just for creating a full block – if you don’t have ample time to deal with it or are not confident enough with your page-building skills, you can always look at the Instapage Builder’s selection of block templates, each ready-to-use.
You’ll notice the preview for a landing page you create is designed for desktop. If you want to create a mobile-friendly version of your page here in Instapage, you won’t have to worry about starting again from scratch. Every template is optimized for mobile use. Just like with editing the desktop version, you can conceal certain elements or even whole blocks from those who will go to your landing page using their smartphones.
This life-saving feature will allow you to create two different pages without having to go too far. This is how you can make your landing page attractive and effective for marketing your products or service.
Publishing Your Landing Page
Now comes the crucial part. Once your page is ready and optimized, the next thing you must need to do is to publish it to make it live and accessible to your audience. A landing page is essential to promoting a product or service. This will make sure that your landing page is visible to as many people as possible, and increase traffic to your website. Are you satisfied with the layout and design? Instapage can be integrated with any of these options:
- You will need to connect your custom domain to your Instapage account before it can be published to your domain. This process is quite complicated, but Instapage will guide you with instructions.
- WordPress – You can publish your page instantly thanks to its native WordPress integration
- Drupal – If you are a large-scale Drupal user, your Instapage-made page can be published instantly by connecting it with the Drupal plug-in.
- Facebook – this option is useful if you expect most of your visitors to find your page via Facebook and you want to improve the user experience there
- Demo page – this is a quick and easy option for publishing your landing page if you don’t own a website domain; instead, you’ll be provided a subdomain from Instapage itself.
You can also download your page to be edited and modified for future use, or export it to co-workers and collaborators. You can save your page progress and come back anytime if you aren’t ready to publish it.

Instapage’s Other Notable Features
Instablocks & Global Blocks
You can add elements to create blocks within pages, but you also have the benefit of being able save it and reuse it whenever you need to make another page. You can also save your own blocks as Instablocks to cut down on the time it takes to build landing pages. These blocks can be used in future pages. Simply right-click the block you wish to reuse, and then click “Save To My Blocks”. Instapage Not Showing Up In Google
Global Blocks, on the other hand, work in the same way as Instablocks. The only difference is that they are specific to one page. At the same time, the latter looks consistent even across multiple pages that have it included. If you make changes to a Global Block on a page, they will reflect on any other blocks. This can be very useful if you have a section on your website that you wish to be consistent across pages, such as a header, footer or footer. You can disable this feature if you wish.
Split Testing to Optimize Your Landing Page
A/B/n testing is a great way to optimize your page. Before you publish your page, ensure that it is appealing to the public. The optimization experiments feature in the Instapage Builder allows you to easily identify which elements or blocks should remain as they are, since many people are drawn to them, and which parts must be modified.
Split-testing multiple versions of a landing pages is possible with Instapage. Click on the “Traffic Split” button in the Builder to view the options. This allows you to compare and contrast different versions of the page to determine which one performs best. You can create multiple pages and choose the percentage of traffic that will be sent to each version. Instapage will then show you detailed analytics to help you determine which version is performing best. The winning page can be used as your final landing page layout. You can also continue testing with other variants to optimize it. This will ensure that your page provides the best visitor experience and increases conversion rates. Real-Time Collaboration Tools
Instapage’s many benefits include the ability to collaborate with others and create an immersive experience. With the platform’s live collaboration, working in groups or as a team will be possible. As you turn on Comment mode, you and your teammates can leave comments on different parts of the page by simply clicking on any of the elements or blocks. This is useful if any of you want to request changes or additions in the design and layout, as well as other suggestions.
Instapage has also made it possible for you to share your page, even if it’s in progress, with your teammates through a private URL that you can copy and share in their group chat. You can invite them all with their email addresses. Your page can be accessed by other Instapage users. Those who don’t have an account can still view what you are working on.
Instapage AdMap for Increased Conversions
If you want to ensure the landing page for your product or service is sent to the right audience, the AdMap tool can help you achieve your desired results. The AdMap tool is designed to increase conversions and maximize return on investment. It allows you to create and track ads across multiple platforms, including Google search results.
AdMap lets you customize your ads according to your audience’s preferences and behavior. It can help optimize customer journeys by identifying and eliminating roadblocks and pain points that prevent customers from converting. It can also help users to see how changes to an ad or page affect the overall performance of their campaign. Instapage AdMap offers a simple interface and detailed analytics reports that will help anyone increase their conversion rate and ROI. You must take note, though, that you must have a Google Ads account to access this feature. Instapage Not Showing Up In Google

Speaking of Google Ads, if you happen to use it frequently for digital marketing and business purposes, you can easily connect your landing page with your Google Ads account to maximize your reach to a much wider audience. You can easily track the progress of your campaign, how much you spent, and how popular your pages were for thousands of online users around the world by just a few clicks – all from your Instapage dashboard.
Heatmap Analytics Tool
As a means to better understand customer behavior on your page, Instapage’s native heatmap analytics feature lets you take an in-depth, real-time look at how your users interact with certain parts of your landing page, offering valuable insights into how customers use a website. With this tool, businesses can easily identify hotspots on their sites, such as pages that are visited most often or buttons that are clicked most frequently.
Heatmaps can also be used to identify usability issues that customers might have, which allows businesses to quickly and effectively make improvements. This is useful for tracking visitor journeys across multiple pages or devices. It provides valuable information about customers’ interactions with websites and content, which can help businesses grow and succeed. Instapage Not Showing Up In Google
